4/1/2025 – Only 2 months away! We’re still making strides and want you to be a part of the action. Our GoFundMe is rolling for a few more weeks. This will help us get electrical upgrades, cameras, and new access controls on the doors for personal key fobs. The Game Loan Application is also ready to rumble. While we have a solid list of titles to start, we’d love to get more people invovled!

4/10/2025 – This message is a bit of a long one, but it’s packed with important updates—so get comfy and give it a full read when you can. First off, thank you to each and every one of you who has supported, shared, and believed in the vision of the Austin Pinball Collective. Whether you’ve spread the word, shared ideas, or offered help—we’re here because of you.

This collective isn’t built to serve one person or a select few—it’s designed for the entire community. That’s why we’ve committed to a nonprofit model: no one profits, no one person is in control, and all decisions are made with the community in mind.

💸 Where We Stand Financially

Running the APC for a full year is estimated to cost $65,000, and thanks to your incredible support, we’ve already raised $12,000! That’s a fantastic start, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going.

🙌 How You Can Help

To keep building this dream, we’ll need a little help from our friends:

•Share your ideas for events and special programming

•Volunteer for game move-ins, open houses, or operating hour shifts

•Help promote APC through your social circles

🗓 Weekly Community Meetings

We believe in full transparency. That’s why we host weekly Discord meetings every Monday at 6:30 PM. These check-ins keep us all on the same page and offer a space to shape the future of APC together. Whether you’re a member, non-member, or just curious, you’re welcome to join.

🎮 For Game Loaners

We truly appreciate those who are loaning machines to the collective. The Game Loan Application is digitized and ready. It takes less than 10 minutes to fill out. Deadline is April 15th. As a thank-you to game loaners, we’re offering a one-time promotional annual pass rate of $300 for the first year to get us off the ground (payable by cash, check, or Zelle before or at the time of game delivery). If you’d like to loan a game but the price tag is a challenge, please reach out. We’re committed to making APC accessible to everyone who wants to be part of it and are happy to discuss possible options.
